Friends, fondue, sangria.
We were creative with our leftovers and made some sangria fruit salad.
Served it up with some tart homemade devon cream on top.
So tasty.
Sangria fruit salad:
- Sangria (1/2 wine 1/2 fruit juice)
- Lots of fruit chopped up into many pieces (maybe leftovers from fondue..?)
Mix together in a large jar and let marinate in the fridge overnight. Top with devon cream (below) and consume.
Devon Cream:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbs icing sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Whip cream and mix in remaining ingredients. Enjoy with scones, fruit salad, life.
